JAY QUIGLEY, JR., recently sold and closed the Ridgewood Plaza, a retail shopping center located in Manatee County, Florida and listed Manatee Commons, a $13.5 million, 139 acre, mixed-use site also in Manatee County on S.R. 64/Manatee Avenue, just west of Exit 42 and I-75.
Jay, a Florida real estate broker, is originally from New York City, NY and lives in Sarasota.
