  • SHELDON GOOD & COMPANY: Vice President of Florida for Sheldon Good & Company a prime commercial real estate auction company and liquidator of bank R.E.O. shopping centers, office and industrial buildings and luxury condominiums.

  • WEBB COMPANIES: Vice President through their Fort Lauderdale, Florida, affiliate Webb-Brown. Nationwide the Webb Companies, who are based in Lexington, Kentucky, had over $1 billion in projects under construction and planned during 1984. Responsibilities were the overseeing of 504,000 square feet of office space in 7 Florida cities with a value of over $64 million and included: staffing and establishing leasing offices; preparing and submitting lease proposals; market analysis and explaining of same to lenders; interfacing with attorneys for the purchase of development property, lease documents and exhibits; contact with architects, contractors, public relations and marketing agencies.

  • COLDWELL BANKER (n/k/a CB Richard Ellis): Commercial real estate broker with the largest commercial real estate brokerage in the United States with sales of over $9 billion in 1980. Tenure with the Coldwell Banker Commercial office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was directed to leasing and selling office buildings and rental apartment complexes.
