- TRUMP PLAZA: Auction representative for Donald Trump resulting in sales of over $15 million of condominiums in West Palm Beach, Florida.
- DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF AMERICA (n/k/a Lennar Corporation): Director of Sales and Marketing for DCA, an American Stock Exchange Company and the Number 1 home builder in South Florida with over 2000 sales in 1985 valued in excess of $120 million. Responsibilities encompassed all aspects relative to the sales and marketing of more than 700 homes and condominiums during 1985 with a value of over $42 million located in 13 different developments throughout Broward County, Florida and included: sales center location, design and layout; hiring and training of sale associates and support staff; preparation of newspaper ads and PR releases; input for changes and revisions in styles and floor plans; market/feasibility and cost analysis of product competition.
- GULF & BAY CLUB: Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing for Gulf & Bay Club, a beachfront community located on Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida. Duties included the sales and marketing of Gulf & Bay Club, as well as staffing and training the sales and support staff. When completed this midrise Gulf-front complex which was priced from $194,000 to $425,000, had 524 residences with a value in excess of $100 million.
- GORDON LATZ & ASSOCIATES: Director of Sales at the 640-unit Bay Colony Club on the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Responsibilities included marketing condominiums in Bay Colony Club and homes under construction in Bay Colony ($185,000 to $1,000,000) and the surrounding "Landings" area. Also involved in selling out Ambassadors East in Palm Beach, a 320-unit oceanfront, hi-rise.
