Responsibilities include processing and implementing the duties and details relative to all aspects of commercial real estate transactions (mobile home parks, shopping centers, medical complexes, office buildings) from escrow accounts, ordering title work and reviewing same, preparing title commitments and final title policies, document preparation, due diligence, survey review, closing binders, etc. Closing coordination among clients, lenders and lender´s counsel throughout the United States for Florida properties. Marmor, Esq. specializing in probate and estate planning. Assistant to Andrew T. Gerrits, Esq. (13 yr. partner). Assisted with commercial closings for clients such as Florida Design Communities (Sun City-Al Hoffman), Bank of Boston and SouthTrust Bank, as well as other commercial closings, loan consolidations (one in excess of $65 million) and other real estate related transactions throughout Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. Responsible for residential closings from contract to final closing (prepare contracts, securing pre-closing information, title work, closing statements, seller´s documents, post-closing, etc.) and all probate administration for the firm. Also involved in corporate and contractual law, as well as setting-up timeshare resale closing division.

Oversaw licensing of brokerage corporation, branch offices and sales people with the Division of Real Estate. VICE PRESIDENT for FPA´s real estate subsidiary companies. BOARD OF DIRECTOR´S SECRETARY to all developer-owned condominium associations. JUDGE OF ELECTIONS for annual FPA Shareholder´s meetings. LEGAL SECRETARY to Corporate Counsel, Libo B. Fineberg . Assisted in the structuring and/or preparation of condominium documents, land contracts, sales contracts, addenda and other legal related documentation. Represented FPA at their residential closings where I explained the mortgage and real estate closing documents.
MANAGER OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS . Multicon Developments, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Duties encompassed administration of seven (7) condominium developments on Florida´s East and West Coasts. Responsibilities included weekly sales reports, control of Broker´s escrow account, preparing purchase agreements, ordering customer´s interior selections, processing closings and representing Multicon at closing.
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR . Stein Ridgway, Inc., Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Executive Administrator to Arthur M. Stein, President and residential developer of condominiums and custom homes. Complete control of new home sales from deposits and agreements of sale, to coordinating color selections with buyers, mortgage processing and representing developer at closing. Also involved in setting-up condominium associations with Declaration of Condominium, rules/regulations and other various documentation. |
